Rules and guidance
Badugi deals four private cards and offers three draws, each followed by betting. You may discard zero to four cards on a draw.
A complete four-card Badugi has no repeated suit or rank. A four-card Badugi beats any three-card hand; three-card hands beat two-card hands.
Among hands with the same number of usable cards, compare the highest low card first, then the next highest. An ace is low.
A-2-3-4 in four different suits is the strongest complete Badugi. Repeated suits or ranks leave fewer usable cards.
