WINSVIEW

Which Winsview AI feature should I use?

Winsview has two main assistant experiences: the platform WVBot opened from the site header, and poker WVBot beside the table. They share the Winsview identity but serve different questions. A conversational answer, a calculated hand signal and a navigation command are different kinds of assistance.

Open Winsview WVBot

Platform WVBot: finding and understanding

Use the header assistant to explore Casino, Live Casino, Poker and Sportsbook, ask about game concepts, or find support information. Supported navigation can open a lobby, select a poker format or locate a uniquely matched catalog item. A successful navigation message should correspond to the destination shown on screen.

Opening a game or event does not place a wager. Financial and gameplay actions remain under your control. Account-specific information requires an authenticated, supported request.

Poker WVBot: conversation at the table

The table voice assistant can discuss your own visible cards, public board, pot and available actions when it has fresh authorized table information. On supported play-money tables, it receives the variant rules so that a Hold’em explanation is not confused with Omaha, Stud or another format.

Voice conversation and numerical analysis have different coverage. The dedicated hand-signal panel and its scoped hand chat currently require an authenticated player seated at a two-player FUN no-limit Hold’em table. Broader table voice context does not mean every variant has the same probability calculation.

Signals and strategy explanations

A made-hand label describes known cards. A calculated percentage depends on its stated model. An explanation can help connect those facts, but it cannot reveal an opponent’s hidden cards or remove uncertainty. Read the signal guide before treating two different percentages as the same measure.

Check the current experience

Feature controls, the active play mode and service status determine availability. If current facts cannot be verified, ask a general rules question or wait for the table to update. Use the links below to see concrete questions and the meaning of the supported signals.
