What information does WVBot use?
A useful answer needs context. Platform conversation, optional remembered facts and authorized poker hand information are separate inputs. This guide explains the product controls and information boundaries; the site’s privacy notice remains the place for the full privacy terms.

Platform WVBot uses recent messages to understand follow-up questions. Recent conversation context is scoped to the user and conversation, so a follow-up can refer to the question just asked.
Messages may be processed by the configured AI service to generate an answer. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, recovery phrases or payment-card details. An assistant conversation is not the right place to store secrets.
Optional remembered facts
Where memory is enabled, the platform can save a fact you explicitly choose to remember for a product area. The memory operation requires consent and rejects recognized sensitive content. Saved facts are stored encrypted and scoped to the authenticated user and product area.
The product includes a clear-memory operation for the selected area. Clearing those remembered facts is a specific control; it should not be interpreted as deleting every account record or every form of service data. Saving feedback to memory is also distinct from retraining an AI model.
Poker hand information
The dedicated hand-chat flow receives your own authorized visible cards, public board and computed hand facts. It does not receive another player’s hidden hole cards or platform conversation history.
Table voice builds a separate view of authorized table information. Publicly revealed cards, public actions and supported completed-hand summaries may be included where available. A public observation about a seat does not establish a persistent identity or reveal private cards.
Choose the right channel
For a general rule, ask without including account details. For a specific account issue, use the Help Center and the minimum reference needed. If an assistant cannot verify the current state, use the product’s own record rather than supplying sensitive material to fill the gap.
